About the project

This is an entrepreneurship project for a building located in Northern Jerusalem - Givat Ze'ev. The project was commissioned by a private entrepreneur whose vision is to build residential areas similar to those found in the country's major cities. The goal is to provide residents with a new, high-quality living standard.

Dissi Investments and Construction Ltd. will build 552 apartments as part of this project. Their sizes will range from 150 to 200 square meters. The apartments will be located across 16 buildings that include both spacious apartments and luxurious penthouses. Each building has a large lobby that has been designed as a dual-purpose space to complement the lavish atmosphere of these apartments.

The high construction standards that govern these apartments include barbecue facilities, air conditioners, parquet-like flooring in the toilets, and balconies that blend with the design of the house, among many other features that residents can customize.

Environmental information

Besides the residential buildings, this luxury project will include a complex with a spectacular view. Rachel Levinstein, a landscape architect, will carefully design it.
A commercial center will be built next to these apartment buildings, providing residents with many job opportunities, as well as kindergartens, schools, country clubs, playgrounds, and synagogues.
In 2018, a large public park was built here to provide residents with fresh air in Givat Ze'ev.
This unique project enjoys an excellent location that facilitates the entry and exit from the city. There is also an entrance to the new Givat Ze'ev from Route 443, and easily accessible transportation options that take you to the city center in less than fifteen minutes.

Project stage - building permits.
