About the project

On Hebron Road, a new project is carried out as part of an urban renewal program called "Pinoy Binoy." New buildings will be built instead of those that used to be close to the old industrial area, following the highest standards. The project will be divided into two.
In phase one, two new towers will be built. They will boast 30 floors, roof apartments, and even a garden apartment. Each tower will include 240 apartments ranging from 70 to 160 square meters.

Environmental information

In addition to the residential apartments, a commercial center will be built in the frontal area.
A four-story parking lot will be built to provide lots of parking spaces, both for the towers’ residents and the employees and guests of the commercial center.
The residents of these towers, which are considered an innovative urban project, will enjoy a five-star living standard that is typical of a modern city. The towers will feature a luxurious lobby, a children's area, kindergartens, and a variety of other thoughtfully designed amenities. In addition, each apartment will have under floor heating and mini-central air conditioning.
DC Investments and Construction Ltd. specializes in upgrading existing buildings, as well as complex TAMA 38/2 projects involving demolition and rebuilding. This project will begin with the demolition of an existing old building in order to build two new ones.
Furthermore, the area will include synagogues, an open private zone with fitness facilities, and a green public area with fresh air for residents.
This project is also in the construction permit approval stage.
